Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from South Korea via EMS or DHL international courier services.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to all 27 EU member states and Switzerland. Our primary markets include Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, and Belgium.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is a flat rate of €6.99. Orders over €80 qualify for free shipping.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website are in EUR and include VAT for EU customers.

Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. We source all products directly from trusted Korean brands and authorized distributors. Every item is 100% authentic.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy in line with EU consumer protection regulations. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us at hello@solenah.com to initiate a return.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier website or through our order tracking page.
