Política de reembolso

Customers in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. The period usually begins when the goods are delivered.

To request a return or withdrawal, email hello@solenah.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address and next steps.

Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition. For food, drink, and wellness products, we may refuse returns where safety seals are broken, packaging is opened, or the product can no longer be resold safely.

Unless we made an error or the product arrived damaged, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued after the returned goods are received and checked.
