Where are your products sourced?
Every product in our store is sourced directly from South Korea. We work with established Korean manufacturers, pharmacies, and wellness brands — the same companies that millions of Korean consumers trust daily. Nothing is reformulated or repackaged for export. You receive the exact same product sold in Seoul.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, without exception. We purchase directly from authorised Korean distributors and brand partners. All products carry original Korean labelling, batch numbers, and expiration dates. We do not sell grey-market goods, imitations, or parallel imports of uncertain origin.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Seoul, South Korea. Typical delivery times are:
- Europe / UK / Switzerland: 7–14 business days (EMS) or 3–7 business days (DHL Express)
- Singapore & Middle East: 10–18 business days (EMS) or 5–10 business days (DHL Express)
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to selected international markets, including Europe, Singapore, and parts of the Middle East. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at hello@solenah.com and we will do our best to arrange delivery.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free shipping on all orders over €80. For orders under €80, a flat-rate shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@solenah.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under Directive 2011/83/EU.
Are your products safe for EU consumers?
Our products are manufactured by reputable Korean companies that adhere to Korea's strict food and health product safety standards (MFDS — Ministry of Food and Drug Safety). While Korean standards are among the most rigorous in Asia, please note that some products may contain ingredients or dosages that differ from EU-specific formulations. We include full ingredient lists and recommend consulting a healthcare provider if you have allergies or specific dietary concerns.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
