Shipping Information

All orders are shipped directly from Seoul, South Korea, using trusted international carriers including EMS (Korea Post) and DHL Express. We take pride in packaging every item securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Times

Europe / UK / Switzerland: 7–14 business days via EMS, or 3–7 business days via DHL Express.
Singapore & Singapore & Middle East: 10–18 business days via EMS, or 5–10 business days via DHL Express.
Rest of World: Please contact us for estimated delivery times to your region.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your country. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders over €80. For orders under €80, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected carrier. DHL Express options are available at an additional cost for customers who prefer faster delivery.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped across borders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@solenah.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. This right of withdrawal applies to all products purchased through our store. To exercise your right, please notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires. Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
